 The Future Action Summit (FAS) Australia 2026 is an elite international leadership program calling upon the next generation of changemakers. As the 2030 deadline for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) approaches, this summit serves as a critical platform for young leaders to move beyond theory and into high-impact action.

Organized by Echo Change, a global youth-led organization, this four-day summit in Sydney will gather 150 delegates from across the world to co-create solutions for a just, inclusive, and sustainable future.

About This summit is more than a conference; it is a 4-day leadership incubator. It features a curriculum focused on the "Five Pillars of Change," providing participants with hands-on training in policy innovation, international diplomacy, and community leadership. The program is designed to bridge the gap between local grassroots efforts and global policy frameworks.

  • Summit Dates: April 23rd to April 26th, 2026.

  • Slot Distribution: 10 Fully Funded, 20 Partially Funded, and 120 Forum Access (Self-Funded) slots.

  • Financial Support: Fully Funded delegates receive round-trip international airfare.

  • Accommodation & Meals: Shared accommodation and all meals during summit hours are provided for both Fully and Partially Funded delegates.

Requirements To ensure a high-quality cohort, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Age Eligibility: Open to anyone between 16 and 45 years of age.

  • Global Openness: Open to all nationalities; no country is excluded.

  • Diversity of Background: Applications are welcome from students, volunteers, young professionals, social entrepreneurs, and researchers.

  • Motivation Statement: A strong personal statement (maximum 500 words) reflecting on academic/professional goals and community contribution.

  • Proof of Work: Applicants must submit a link (portfolio, social project, media coverage, or website) demonstrating their active engagement with the SDGs.

  • No Language Barriers: No IELTS or TOEFL test scores are required for this application.

  • Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $19.99 is required for funded categories to ensure a serious and merit-based review process.

  • Attendance: Must be fully available to attend the summit in Sydney for the entire duration (April 23–26).
