The DBA Program 2026 is a fully financed nine-month program for international candidates to gain education and work experience in Dubai-based organizations. The program aims to attract emerging talent from around the world, creating a diverse and innovative community. Participants gain practical exposure to Dubai’s dynamic business environment, bridging the gap between higher education and professional work. The program is fully funded, with all costs covered, and is under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Eligibility
- Open to all nationalities
- New graduates or early-career professionals with 0–3 years of work experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (all majors accepted)
- Preferred age: 23–27 years
- Internships are an advantage, but full-time work experience is not required
- UAE is the host country
