The Heinrich Böll Foundation, in collaboration with DAAD, offers fully funded scholarships for international students to pursue undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees in Germany. The program supports students who demonstrate strong academic performance and active engagement in social, civic, or political initiatives, reflecting the Foundation’s values of democracy, human rights, and sustainability. Approximately 1,200 scholarships are awarded annually.
