The Generation Connect Young Leadership Programme (GCYLP) is a global youth leadership initiative organized by the International Telecommunication Union in partnership with Huawei. The programme supports young digital changemakers from around the world by providing mentorship, leadership training, and funding to implement innovative digital development projects in their communities. Eligibility Criteria
