The Global Negotiation Academy (GNA), formerly the Global Negotiation Conference (GNC), is an international program hosted by the Institute for Global Negotiation (IGN). It brings together students, early-career professionals, and practitioners to develop advanced negotiation and diplomacy skills through workshops, simulations, and expert-led sessions. The 2026 edition focuses on multilateral negotiations for global health resilience, with online preparation followed by in-person sessions in Zurich.
