Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:

Be nationals of developing countries
·
Have a legal background with professional
experience in international law
·
Be government officials or qualified
professionals in the field
·
Be fluent in spoken and written English
(Programme conducted in English in 2026)
·
Be able to attend the entire duration of the
programme
·
Be officially nominated by their
government/institution

Application Process

Complete the application form in English
(typewritten).
·
Ensure answers are clear and detailed.
Additional pages may be attached if needed.
·
The “Letter of Transmission” must be completed
and signed by a senior official of the institution presenting the candidate.
·
If English is not your mother tongue or language
of instruction, submit proof of English proficiency (e.g., diploma from
English-taught courses, language certificate, or extensive professional
experience in English).
·
Applications without valid language
certification will not be considered.
Two versions of the
application must be submitted:
1.
One scanned copy of the signed original (PDF or
JPG format)
2.
One electronic MS Word version (or equivalent
editable format)
