• Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Aged between 19–35 years
✔ Citizen of an HKH (Hindu Kush Himalaya) or Arctic country
✔ Active in a youth-led climate or environmental group
✔ Interest in climate issues (especially cryosphere and biodiversity)
✔ Able to commit 4–7 hours/month for one year
✔ Owns a laptop and has reliable internet access
✔ Passport valid beyond October 2025
✔ Comfortable using social media and creating content
