🌍 Programs Available
1. Fulbright Foreign Student Program
For Belgian and Luxembourgish citizens pursuing graduate study or research at U.S. universities.
2. Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program
For Belgian and Luxembourgish scholars, researchers, or lecturers seeking academic or professional research opportunities in the U.S.
3. Fulbright Schuman Program
For citizens of any EU Member State (including Belgium and Luxembourg) focusing on EU affairs, transatlantic relations, or U.S.-EU policy studies.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
Be a citizen of Belgium or Luxembourg (or an EU citizen for the Schuman Program).
Hold at least a bachelor’s degree (for students) or a doctoral degree or equivalent professional experience (for visiting scholars).
Demonstrate academic excellence, strong leadership potential, and English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS scores may be required).
Propose a well-defined study, research, or lecturing project at a U.S. institution.
Not hold dual U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
