📷 How to Participate
Submit up to three photo entries (only one per photographer may advance to final round)
Include title, photographer name, email, social media, subject & location, and a caption explaining the story behind the image
Photos must be original and conform to rules (no AI-generated images, no watermarks/signatures, no entries with minors, etc.)
🧑⚖️ Eligibility & Rules
Open to anyone 18 years or older
CIFOR-ICRAF employees are not eligible
By participating, you agree to a Creative Commons BY-NC-SA license (non-commercial, share-alike)
The organizers retain rights to display submitted photos in their materials with credit

1st Prize: USD 500
2nd Prize: USD 400
3rd Prize: USD 300
People’s Choice Award: Cash prize via public vote
Finalists will be notified on 17 November 2025, and selected images may be exhibited or published
📌 Judging & Selection
A judging panel will select at least 30 finalists based on:
Creativity (30%)
Photographic quality (30%)
Composition (30%)
Relevance to theme (10%)
Public voting determines the People’s Choice winner (a different photographer) among finalists.
