📌 About the Program

The Yale World Fellows Program, part of the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs, is a prestigious, fully funded leadership development program that brings together exceptional mid-career professionals from around the world to Yale University for a four-month residential experience. The program is designed to strengthen the capacity of emerging global leaders through academic enrichment, leadership training, and global networking.

Participants join a dynamic cohort of changemakers to share experiences, deepen their knowledge, and build lifelong collaborations.


✅ Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Professional Experience: 5 to 25 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of achievement and integrity.

Citizenship: Open to citizens of all countries except the United States (dual U.S. citizens are eligible, but preference is given to those whose work is focused outside the U.S.).

Language: Fluency in English is required.

Residency: Ability to reside full-time in New Haven, Connecticut, from mid-August to mid-December 2026.

Leadership Potential: Demonstrated commitment to driving positive change at the local, national, or international level.
