The Leadership Academy 2026 is a 10-week leadership development program organized by Leading Change Africa. The program is designed to equip young Africans with essential leadership, personal development, and professional skills. It combines self-paced learning modules, interactive virtual sessions, mentorship, assignments, and peer-to-peer collaboration. The Virtual Leadership Academy (English and French tracks) runs from April to June 2026, while selected in-person cohorts are hosted in Burkina Faso and Mali.
Eligibility
• Must be African youth aged 18–35 years
• Must be a citizen of an African country
• Passionate about leadership, community impact, and personal growth
• Able to fully commit to the 10-week program
• Proficient in English (for the English virtual track) or French (for the
French track)
• Must have access to a device and stable internet connection (for the virtual
program)
