The AIG Public Leaders Programme (AIG PLP) is a fully funded leadership development program designed for African public sector professionals. It provides participants with world-class skills in governance, policy, and management to lead meaningful change in their institutions. The program combines online learning and in-person sessions, hosted in Africa and in partnership with the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. Eligible candidates are mid- to senior-level government officials with leadership potential, aiming to strengthen public service impact.

Age Limit: 35–54 years

Academic/Professional Background: Minimum
7 years in public service; at least Grade 13 or equivalent
