The Government
of Ireland International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES) is a prestigious fully
funded program supported by the Government of Ireland and awarded through Irish
higher education institutions including University College Dublin. The
scholarship supports outstanding non-EU/EEA students pursuing postgraduate
studies in Ireland for the 2026–2027 academic year. A total of 60 scholarships
are awarded annually across Irish institutions.
This opportunity
covers full tuition and provides a €10,000 living stipend for one academic
year.
Eligibility
Applicants must:

Be from a non-EU/EEA country
·
Have an active offer of admission from
University College Dublin
·
Be enrolling in either:
o A
one-year full-time taught Master’s program, or
o The
first year of a full-time PhD program
·
Be classified as a non-EU/non-EEA tuition fee
payer
·
Meet the academic and admission requirements of
the chosen program
