The YTB–IsDB Joint Scholarship Program is a fully funded higher education scholarship co-funded by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). It allows high-achieving students from IsDB member countries and Muslim communities worldwide to pursue full-time Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees at prestigious universities in Türkiye. The program aims to support academic, cultural, social, political, and economic development aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
• Be citizens of IsDB member countries or belong to Muslim communities in other countries.
• Meet academic requirements for the chosen degree level.
• Fulfill age and admission criteria set by Turkish universities (specific age limits vary by degree level).
• Demonstrate strong academic performance and potential for leadership.

How to Apply
- Visit the official Türkiye Scholarships website.
- Create an online application account.
- Complete the online application form and upload all required documents (including transcripts, certificates, CV, and statements).
- In the application form, select “Yes” under the “Joint Scholarship Programs” section to apply specifically for the YTB–IsDB Joint Scholarship.
- Submit by 20 February 2026.
